“Chuck Wagon” competition, judged by event participants. Restaurants and other food service organizations can compete in the Red Chili, Vegetarian Chili and Chili Verde, divisions but the chili must be prepared in advance in a San Luis Obsipo County Health Dept. approved facility and brought to the event. Winners receive plaques. $35.00 to enter.
